It’s been raining for a few days now… the kids walk outside for their exercise so they’re not exactly the happiest campers. Still, it’s finally SPRING! Those snow flakes in the air are nothing! They will soon be gone!
To cheer them up, I recited that old proverb:
April showers bring May flowers.
The son retorted: What do May flowers bring?
Caught off guard, I said, “What?”
Pilgrims! HAHAHA!!!
*groan* 🙄 I’d forgotten that goofy punch line. lol.
All the kids LAUGHED. Like the joke was the most hilarious thing they’d ever heard. :blink:

No matter who is in charge, WHY do ALL politicians pose like that?!?! LOLOL. I thought those poses ended with Gloria Swanson and Theda Bara. ROFL.

Great post! Loved the armed guy on the cow! Made me lol! He looks like some of the guys I have dated!!
