Oh, this heat is nuts. I’m so darn CRABBY! Everything in the garden is dying. I lost two fish in this heat. I’m tired of watering and it not helping. Okay, summer…I’m DONE!!
Believe it or not, Hobbes has been going out in this heat. He lays under the hosta leaves all day and loves it out there. He’s nuts, if you ask me.

It’s been hot here lately too-upper 80s and low 90s every day! Our cats stretch out these days too and Spunky Doodle even lays on her back with her legs spread. Only in the early morning will she curl up on the bed before it gets hot.
