Ever have one of those days weeks months where you just can’t seem to catch up? I’m starting to become very envious of Chuck, who always has time to squeeze in a nap or two. Or three. 😉
But *sigh* no naps for me. It’s just been GET-OUT CRAZY busy. Good thing I still have a plenteous supply of youthful vigor and energy. (And high octane coffee). But I don’t know how much longer my engine will roar at 100mph!
I’d like a clone, please. Maybe two or three. Then, I could get everything done in the amount of time allotted. 😀 I actually relish work, I love to be busy. So I’m taking my busyness with a dose of humor. But some days I just want to sloooooooooooooow down. This year has been a total blur, what with the renovation of the house and my new jobs…. yeehaw, it’s been a wild ride this year!
In the Bible, Joshua just asked God for an extra hour to finish his job. Me, I think I need about 5 or 6 days.
Life is never dull, and exciting things just seem to always happen to me... why me... when I'm not running around the house fixing things, I'm a freelance writer for national media outlets like USAToday.com, Salon.com, and others. I've even been interviewed by TIME and The Wall Street Journal about blogging. Can you believe it?! Here is where I express my zany, creative, motherly side.
