This little gadget has perhaps been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Do you have one?
I LOVE my iPod Touch. I had no idea how much I would come to rely on it- it does a million nifty little things! I recently downloaded a Kindle app that enables me to read ebooks from Amazon- love it! I also have a multitude of Bible apps (Bibles, concordances, Strong’s, dictionaries, etc), TweetDeck, cooking and recipe apps, maps and phonebook apps, pdf reading apps, a notepad and calendar, games (for my son, lol), and grocery list creators, I can surf the web and check my email, I have an SMS app to send and receives texts (for free) from cell phones…. it’s a really, really amazing little device. Oh, and it plays music and videos, too!
I heartily recommend the iPod Touch for everyone.
Oh, you *think* you don’t need one, but once you have one, you are amazed how you ever did without it! It makes a marvelous holiday or birthday gift. Who wouldn’t love an iPod? My son salivates every time he sees mine, LOL. Someday I’ll give him this one, and I’ll graduate to a larger one.. but I’m really happy with mine right now (and he doesn’t need to be playing ANY MORE computer games as it is).
The basic 8GB sells for around $200, although Buy.com is always having some sale or another. Right now the iPods are slightly less expensive than retail. (Some refurbished are selling at $124 or so, while other brand-new devices are selling for about $175). Buy.com is always having a sale, and lots of times they are a surprise (to me, anyway). So if you’re in the market, it’s best to nab one while you can.
Anyway, I LOVE my iPod Touch!!! If you have been boggled about holiday gifts, get an iPod for your dearest dears. They will LOVE you.

I DEFINITELY think Apple products are overrated, especially the computers. But I love the iPod. I don’t like the Blackberry because it has all those buttons. I love the touchscreen of the iPod, it’s so classy. But SHEESH does it HAVE to be so expensive?!?!?!
