iLike This iLasik Video Contest

Like contests? I’ve got another notice about one for you, then! This is paydirt- grand prize is $5,000!! It’s a pretty easy contest, too: make a submit a video. Here’s the scoop:

Abbott Medical Optics (a laser vision-correction company renowned throughout the world) is having the iLASIK Video Contest called “You Gotta See This.” Make a video showing how improved vision has helped you, or how you could benefit from it.

You create and submit a video in one of these categories using these ideas:

• “My contacts are getting in the way of my good time”
• “My favorite sport or activity would be so much cooler with better vision”
• “You should see life after the iLASIK® Procedure”

When you submit your video, it’s voted upon. You can tell all your friends and family to go vote for your video, because voting is an important element in winning the loot! And the loot looks so good:

• The Grand Prize is $5,000
• Three First Prize winners will win an HDTV package (a $2,500 value)
• Three Second Prize winners will win the Flip UltraHD™ camcorder (a $199.99 value)

Sounds very nice, doesn’t it? I may enter. I love making videos. iLasik is something I’ve been puttering around with for a few years. I don’t know if it would improve my vision, but it sure is something worth looking into. I hate wearing super-thick glasses!
