Blabber

I’m not complaining! It’s better to have a time of slowness and quietness than tragedy. But there’s nothing really to blog about lately. This is unusual for me, cuz I’m quite the blogging chatterbox. But life is quiet right now, and busy- we are spending just about every day shoveling all the snow we’ve been getting, and I’m babysitting 4x a week now. We’re not traveling or renovating or even making plans to do so… *sigh* It’s quiet and rather dull. And I’m too tired and blah to kick-start my blogging juices.

When I’ve felt like this in the past, I have always started a new blog. Nothing like technical problems and html/css coding to make you wild and crazy again, lol. But I’m afraid to start a new blog… I have eight going right now! :S

What do you do when you feel like your creativity has seeped out of your pores? Sometimes a little trip helps me, but I can’t travel right now. Sheesh, I can barely get a chance to go grocery shopping right now. So I’m stumped. Help! Got any ideas? Or are you bored, too??

    Some suggestions:

    1) reflection
    2) rest
    3) reflection
    4) rest

Okay, I’m repeating myself, but there’s a reason. Whatever you do … do NOT start a new blog, I’m begging you. My new “group” blog is almost ready to go, and I’m counting on you … so I don’t want you spreading yourself too thin. :)

My gosh, don’t start another blog. That’s what I used to do, and I always wound up dropping most of them. In fact, I’m dropping most of mine right now because I need to earn money from my writing instead of just spreading it around all over the net. Things are getting pretty boring with people abandoning forums for the holidays prep. I’m trying to get started on a bunch of articles and blog posts. If I throw in notes and ideas every now and then, I eventually have a finished product. And there are always DVDs when you get really desperate.

By the way, loved your pics of your cat in the last post. Incredibly gorgeous. I’m sure my plain grey Lizzie would be jealous if she saw them.

Well, I wasn’t going to start another blog… but seeing the opposition is so adamant, I definitely won’t! LOL!!! I already changed templates, so that’s out. What I really need is a long nap and maybe a day trip. lol

Thanks for your advice, gals! :D

Eight blogs… wow! That should be keeping you busy. I have to confess, I’ve actually lost count of how many blogs I have (partly because I don’t know whether to count Roxy’s Best Of as one or fifty)!

My suggestion? Photos…. I’ve really enjoyed the wintry Lake Effect photos you just posted over on one of your other blogs. So keep ‘em coming. If that doesn’t work, you’re welcome to head south to the Roxiticus Valley and organize my memory books for London & Maddie, Rex and me…
