I took the entire afternoon off yesterday. Yep. I did absolutely nothing. It felt really weird. Well, I did rake up a couple of flower beds, but I had the kids do most of the grunt work. I even skipped doing Meet Me in Monday like I usually do!
So, I’m actually doing it on MONDAY. Imagine that. haha. I must really like this meme, because I’m even doing it before I’ve had my morning— well, see Question #5….
Questions:
1. If you had to eat only one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
I’m from New York. What do you think the answer is going to be?? Quiche?
PIZZA. :jetters: I love love love pizza. Chicken wings are *ok.* I’m fussy about the wings— there’s a local pizzeria that does them so well. He must add vinegar or something. All the other pizza places just fry their chicken, dump some hot sauce on them, and call them chicken wings. Nuh uh, those aren’t chicken wings, that’s Southern fried chicken without the yummy Southern stuff. :-p But chicken wings done right are pretty tasty. Mmmm.
2. Do you write your blog posts in advance or the day you post them?
Usually I write them on the fly. I have a TON of blogs, so writing advance posts on top if everything else I do would be laborious.
3. Have you ever ridden in an ambulance?
NO. No thanks, rather skip that.
4. What is your favorite candle scent?
I love cinnamon. It brings back memories of my mom’s baking during the holidays. It’s one of the few happy memories I have as a kid, when the family was quiet and my mom baked all day. Ooo the smell of cinnamon in the winter season is a delightful smell!
5. Coffee or tea?
I prefer coffee, but I’ve become quite the coffee snob- so if the coffee is too bitter or too thick or too old, I’ll turn to the tea. I used to drink tea all the time as a young lady, but after having three children under the age of three years old…. I turned to coffee to cope. Now I joke that I drink coffee to slow me down, lol.

you know I can get a cafe mocha which has expresso and drink that right before bed and still crash lol although i never sleep all the way through the night but it doesn’t hinder me from getting to sleep one iota.

Cinnamon is one of the few scented candles I can abide, mostly I just try to avoid them. Both coffee and tea for me please 😉

I don’t enjoy pizza as much as I used to-I guess I’m getting old. I would rather have my mom’s breaded pork tenderloins every day. Maybe a side of brussel sprouts. (Just kidding about that part!)

I could easily eat pizza every day too! I already have it 3 days a week. I am glad I have not ridden in an ambulance. I like to schedule some posts ahead but others I’ll do and publish right away. I don’t like coffee or tea.

I know what you mean about the “vinegar” flavor on the wings - really good, really “right” wings, have that tinge of vinegariness. Unfortunately, the best place I ever had wings is in Binghamton, which is 3 hours from here. A bit far, even for great wings. I know you love coffee, but I didn’t know you were picky about it…me, I’ll drink any ‘ol swill. I wonder, what is your most favorite kind/brand of coffee? Although I’m not picky, for a coffee that’s not crazy expensive I like the Eight o’Clock Coffee brand.
