Freaky Frugalite

This is an historic moment: I am ACTUALLY doing this Monday meme on a MONDAY!!! I have a sliver of time this morning before I have to “go to work” (aka, back to my bedroom- I write articles up there because it’s quiet).

Here are the questions for this week:

1. What is your favorite kind of cheese?

Smoo.

LOL. That’s what my husband always says! As in “smoochies.” Yeah, he’s always got us in stitches around the house, hardy har har.

Seriously… my favorite kind must be… oh gee, depends on my mood. I like American when I’m feeling industrious and in a hurry. Mozzarella is nice when I am snacking with crackers. I also like bleu cheese when I’m eating Greek. I guess mozzarella must be my favorite- it’s expensive and therefore I don’t buy it very often, so it’s more rare and I always seem to miss it when it’s not in the fridge. :D

2. What size is your bed?

Not big enough. My cat is a BED HOG. I’m usually wedged in the middle of the mattress, between Mr. Smoo over there and the Siamese who stretches out about 5 times her normal length and width. I have a luxurious memory foam mattress, queen size. I LOVE it! It has helped my back and sciatica immensely. But the thing is so darn hot that it’s like a sauna- still, it’s nice in the winter since we have 6 months of it….

3. What is your most overused phrase?

Probably “neat.” But I don’t know what else to say when people are telling me something neat!

4. Green or purple grapes?

Whatever, not too fussy. Maybe I lean slightly toward purple. I love grapes, but eating them gives me the heebie-jeebies. I wash and wash and wash them, but they never seem clean enough. It must be some kind of OCD or something. That, and I once ate a moldy grape. *retch*

5. Shower, morning or night?

I prefer them at night, but if I do that, it takes my hair FOREVER to dry, and I fall asleep, and then I wake up looking like the Bride of Frankenstein or something. I dislike taking showers in the morning, because I like to literally jump into my day.. But it’s either Bride of Frankenstein, or no jump start. Hmmmm….
