Another super-hot day in Upstate New York. The weather dudes are all a-flutter, we may hit 100 degrees tomorrow.
Oh yay. :ik:
Four more months…. only four more months….

1. If you could be on a reality tv show which one would you want to be a part of?
Tough one. I haven’t ever seen a reality show, I don’t think. … um… maybe something that shows me how to make money! Oh, I did once see something called Home makeover or something, is that a reality show? I would love to have a crew of home renovators storm my house and march out a few days later, leaving a fresh new house in their wake.
2. You have the power to create one law, what would it be?
Good gravy, the questions are tough this week! Heather must have become rather philosophical while on vacation last week. 😉 lol.
Umm….. one law. I better make it a good one…. When I was a kid, I remember seeing cartoons where a character rubbed a lamp and a genie popped out. They always gave the character three wishes. I always thought the character blew his chances on “I wish for a million dollars” or “I wish I was beautiful.” If the character was smart, he would have said, “I wish for 1,000 more wishes”!
So based on that, my law would be: “Rebecca is hereby granted the ability to create 100 more laws.” Topping the list would probably be the repeal of Obamacare, auditing the Fed, and lowering or removing taxes across the board, especially those idiotic “Universal Service Fees” on the cell phone bill.
3. How’s your weather today?
Ugly. Hot. Humid. Buggy.
4. Other than the country you currently live in, where would you want to live?
Well, for the weather I’d like to live in Norway. For the scenery, I’d like to live in the UK. For the food, I’d like to live in Greece. For the politics, I’d like to live in…. heaven.
Now I get to ask a question!
If you could tell your grandparents one thing right now, what would it be?

Life is never dull, and exciting things just seem to always happen to me... why me... when I'm not running around the house fixing things, I'm a freelance writer for national media outlets like USAToday.com, Salon.com, and others. I've even been interviewed by TIME and The Wall Street Journal about blogging. Can you believe it?! Here is where I express my zany, creative, motherly side.

If I could tell my Grandmother one thing it would be how much I miss hearing her stories about growing up in the Blue ridge Mountains. I would pay much closer attention and write down all the details. Such a link to my ancestors, lost to the wind. I miss you so much Grandmother.
Have a wonderful Monday!

I’d tell them all I’m doing well and then I tell the other three that my husband is as wonderful as Grandma said he was when she got there.

I’d love to tell my grandparents about my kids. They never got to meet them.
I wish I could give you those 100 laws - you are definitely on the right track!
Have a great week!

To one grandmother, I’d tell her once again how much she meant to me. To the other I would let her know how much over the years I have wished I might have known her, for she died when I was six months of age.
You and I think alike; I too, often wondered why the silly dope’s first wish was not for a 1000 more wishes! And yet, look! We both limited ourselves; no greed there at all.

Great answers you gave but I agree, these questions are hard. I can’t think of any good answers for any of these. I wouldn’t want to be on any reality show.
