My daughter sent me this link, a video by the Anglican Boys’ Choir, Libera.
OMG. These boys are… like angels. WOW. This music makes me float.
Apparently, Libera has done several CDs. I’m going to get some! Wouldn’t their music be perfect in the background for Christmas Day? We like to listen to classical music while we have our homeschool lessons. Libera’s music is a wonderful change. Kudos to these guys!!

Libera made a Christmas album under their former name of Angel Voices. It is still available and sometimes can be found at Barnes and Noble or Borders. It is still carried by Amazon.com. Their Christmas CD is titled “ANGEL VOICES 3″ and was released in 1997. There is a yahoo discussion group about Libera at http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/Angelvoices/ where you can obtain all sorts of information about the choir. Some of the boys and their families are also members of the group. Libera has released a total of 15 albums with the latest, “ETERNAL: THE BEST OF LIBERA” a 2 disc set being released last week. They also made their first DVD last year, “ANGEL VOICES: LIBERA IN CONCERT” which is nothing less than totally awesome. It was recorded in a cathedral in Holland and I most highly recommend it. Libera were first known as St. Philip’s Boys’ Choir, then became Angel Voices in 1993 and finally Libera in 1999. They made their first US tour last year and also sang for the Pope in NYC during his visit. I hope this helps let you know more about them.
