I reworking my “brand” these days, so I crafted a new business card. I really like it! The caricature is cute, as is the cartoony look of the card in general.
I got them from Vista Print. They should be in my mailbox in about two or three weeks (I’m stingy with shipping and went with the bargain bin choice). I can’t wait!!
This is part of my new venture as a freelance writer. Well, I’ve been a freelance writer for over two years now, but I’m branching out into tutorial writing (mostly tech stuff) and techhie blogging. The cartoon is based on the Older Geek blog I’ve started up.

Life is never dull, and exciting things just seem to always happen to me... why me... when I'm not running around the house fixing things, I'm a freelance writer for national media outlets like USAToday.com, Salon.com, and others. I've even been interviewed by TIME and The Wall Street Journal about blogging. Can you believe it?! Here is where I express my zany, creative, motherly side.

Ooh, I love it! And as much as I chuckle over and love your usual “avatar” with the exasperated expression and hand on her forehead, I think the more cheerful looking cartoon you chose for yourself for your business card was a smart choice, LOL! 😀 Very nice!

Very cute cards. VistaPrint has some great products for marketing and business. Even if you don’t use one of the deals they still have great prices.

I love Vista print & have gotten quite a few free things from them.
Do you have one website that you can reference and use on cards & things? It might make things easier for people to reference or remember.
