Pardon Me While I Boast

Excuse me for a moment, while I get a little excited:

BUT I AM FINALLY TAKING GOOD PHOTOS!!!!

It’s only taken, uh, about TWO YEARS. Part of it is because I got a better camera, and the other part is that I have been really practicing. It also helps to READ the manual for the camera. Yeah, I highly suggest that, too!

I’m a postcard collector. I have an old postcard of my house from a photo taken in 1910! And I collect postcards wherever we visit places. I still like to snail-mail them to my friends, who often snail-mail me their postcards wherever they visit. Sometimes the postcards at places we visit leave a little to be desired, and they are now getting expensive (I remember the good old days when they used to be a quarter! Now they are more like $2.50). So I’ve decided to just take my own photos and have my own postcards printed up. It’s actually less expensive this way. And there is NO better company to publish my printing needs than VistaPrint. I love them! I’ve been getting my business cards printed from VistaPrint for years. I’ve also started getting my holiday cards from them, and I think I’m going to go with postcards now, too.

The paper is high quality and the customer service is excellent. The best thing about VistaPrint is that they allow you to customize everything. I am able to put my own customized logo on all my printed stuff for my small business. And now I can have my own photos uploaded to the VistaPrint site and have them printed on postcards.
