Why are the seasons spring and autumn so brief, and summer and winter so long? (Or does it just *seem* that way; and if so, why?)
Why do we have fast-food restaurants that serve only junk food? Why can’t we get bananas or apples or raisins or strawberries through a fast-food drive thru?
Why are vegetables and fruits so expensive? How can it be that a greasy hamburger sandwich with fries and soda, which go through so many stages of production, is so much cheaper than a salad?
Why does my cat always do this [see below] when I have deadlines to meet? :hmph:
I love her to bits, and spoil her terribly… but I get irritated when she does this. And sometimes she licks the screen or scratches it! Gah! But she IS awfully cute…
Why do some things smell sooooo much better than they taste? Like coffee- I can’t think of anyone who dislikes the smell of coffee, but I know many who do not like the drink. Me, I love both. 
Why do those “guaranteed” 7-year CFL bulbs expire after 6 months?
Why are soft drinks so popular? Whenever I go to the grocery store, people always have carts stocked with cans and cans of soda. How can they drink this stuff, especially in such excessive quantities? I was told that soda is bad for oyu… ?
Why do I consistently make the typo “oyu” for you? You’d think after typing it a billion times, I’d learn.

What church do you all go to?
I love that you homeschool your children, that is great. We don’t have any kids, leaving that up to God.
