I’m thoroughly enjoying my time spent away from the computer. It’s like I’m on vacation or something. It’s THAT foreign. My kids have grown a lot in the past year, wow! haha! However, I do have 10 big articles to write by Wednesday, so I’m still chugging along. I just can’t wait until spring, when I can get my hands into the soil again. I’ve still gotta make time to clean the house yet…

How is life away from EC, Rebecca? I imagine myself like the guys in Field of Dreams-sort of disappearing when they stick their arm in the corn. I want to cross over into the corn (away from EC) but I’m afraid of losing readers. Tell me it’s okay…..

Thanks for your comment. Life without EC is good. I’d wanted to go a few months ago, but it IS terribly addicting. I am getting my life back! The constant controversies are too much. :-p My traffic isn’t down much, and I’ve gotten a ton of support plus more comments from kind souls. I guess it’s just time to move on. Come on and join us, here in the outer banks!! ;)

Rebecca, I heartily agree with you observation that life without EC is good. Like Lin, I was concerned about losing readers. I finally asked myself why I was doing it. The answer to that question made it clear to me, and so I’ve dropped EC. Like you, I’m enjoying the time to get reacquainted with my world. Nice meme. I’ll probably “borrow” it from you. You go kitty — pump that iron.
