I just wanted to stop by and say hello. I see you visited my blog and well here I am to do the same.
I love that photo of your cat….that looks like one of those neck gator things…I can remember buying one of those for my daughter when she was a safety officer it a job site and was always out in the cold. Your cat gives it a whole new meaning.
I was reading your posts about changing over the summer to winter clothes…you know I haven’t completely done mine yet either…think I have to go get another rubbermaid container…ah yes another thing to add to my to do list. But it is time….I am now thinking about starting to get organized for Christmas so I truly think it’s time….
Then your story on the possum…oh my goodness…can’t say that I have ever experienced that….but I do get the bears on my back porch…running havoc with my garbage can…a very dertermined bear I might add…you see we keep our garbage can in a shed like box that my hubby made…the bear opened the latch and pulled out the garbage can took of the secure handles and well devoured and crushed the can…then he made his way over to my composting….yup…this guy came around a few times this fall….I think he’s gone now….ah one of the joys of country living.
Who would have ever thought that your precious Livvy had such a dark side to her. We have learned to love her. Now we must learn to respect her.
I’m Rebecca
I’m a married mom with 4 kids. We live in Upstate New York in an old 1855 house with our five pets (yes, five, *sigh*). Life is never dull, and exciting things just seem to always happen to me... why me... when I'm not running around the house fixing things, I'm a freelance writer for national media outlets like USAToday.com, Salon.com, and others. I've even been interviewed by TIME and The Wall Street Journal about blogging. Can you believe it?! Here is where I express my zany, creative, motherly side.
